After decades of witnessing the devastating impact of workplace conflict, Jeannette dedicated her career to building cohesive organizations through coaching, mediation, and training. With over 25 years of experience, she's helped numerous teams and leaders navigate complex conflicts and improve their relationships.

As a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) specializing in Workplace Conflict Resolution, Jeannette has worked with diverse organizations, from small start-ups to large corporations, and across various industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, and government. Her extensive training includes mediation through the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Workplace Fairness and Assessment through Workplace Fairness International, and certifications as a "Boss Whisperer", DISC facilitator, and Emotional Intelligence assessor.

Through her work, Jeannette empowers leaders and teams to build stronger relationships, manage conflict effectively, and create a more positive work environment. With her expertise and passion for conflict resolution, she helps organizations thrive and reach their full potential.

With over 15 years of experience, Crystal empowers leaders to transform their teams while prioritizing customer care. As a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) and international speaker, she navigates complex organizational objectives with expertise and finesse. Crystal's unique blend of skills and knowledge enables her to drive positive change in organizations, helping leaders and teams thrive in complex environments.

Through her extensive training and certifications, Crystal brings a depth of knowledge to her work. She holds certifications in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and the University of Calgary, as well as a Professional Certificate in Change Management from the University of Calgary. Her additional credentials include a Diploma in Disability Studies from Mount Royal University and a Certificate from Indigenous Canada. With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Tom has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving measurable success. Serving as National Manager with Toyota Canada, he led teams to international recognition through his ability to motivate, set strategic goals, and foster accountability. In 2024 he received a national award for North American team performance at Toyota.

With over 30 years of experience in mental health, Bernadette has worked across all levels of the field, from frontline psychiatric nursing in the correctional facilities to serving as a Mental Health Therapist with the Department of National Defense. She has also brought her expertise to the classroom, previously teaching nursing students at Grant MacEwan University.

Her deep understanding of mental health, combined with hands-on experience in high-pressure environments, allows her to provide meaningful support and education through her courses. Bernadette’s knowledge is built on decades of practical experience, equipping workplace leaders with the tools to navigate mental health complexities with confidence and compassion.

Cher earned the Rotman Executive Coach certification at the University of Toronto in addition to having an MA from Royal Roads University in Victoria. Her focus is on reducing workplace conflict and developing leadership through increasing self-awareness and enhancing communication skills.

Cher co-authored a book on corporate culture. She trains on a number of topics, including leadership alignment, organizational culture, effective communication, performance management, the gaps AI cannot fill, becoming an employer of choice, generational expectations, and the importance of ongoing leadership development.
