As a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) Jeannette has 25+ years of experience working as both a contractor and subcontractor, offering training and professional services for some of Canada’s largest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) organizations. For over 10 years she was a mediator within the federal government and had the highest client satisfaction rate across the country.
Over the years Jeannette has founded a group to support new mediators and has delivered hundreds of trainings, courses and facilitations. Jeannette is a leading expert in her field and a sought after trainer. She creates, adapts and delivers courses for major EAP/EFAP providers including Telus Health, Health Canada and Homewood Health, as well as the University of Calgary.
